Pros: Makes a great cup of coffee, very quickly. My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter works alright - have to make sure you get your coffee beans ground just right however.

Cons: K-cups are $$$ - use the "My K-Cup" filter. Have had intermittent issues with it running properly. At least 1-in-3 attempts are unsuccessful, awful noises with no water coming out. Requires unplugging, resetting, and praying. Normally happens on mornings when I am running behind... Have not contacted mfr about it yet. Almost at 1yr mark - got if last Christmas. Problems started about 3 months after started using it.

Overall Review: Just make sure to contact mfr immediately upon having issues - don't wait like I did. Maybe I'll get lucky with some support, maybe not. Thinking about just putting my Bunn back in place.
