Pros: Excellent graphics card. Mine came with the extra cables, DVI to VGA, and driver disc even though this was meant to be OEM! Only thing missing was the box...

Cons: Runs pretty hot (57*C Idle...). However, I haven't got any fans blowing around it yet, and I am going to buy an aftermarket VGA Cooler when I can afford one.

Overall Review: Highly recommend buying this OEM version if you can't afford the normal X1800XT.

Pros: High enough wattage for it to run most systems. I've got it on an E6300, X1800XT, 2GB Corsair XMS2 RAM, and I'm OCing it with no problems, as of now... I highly recommend it.

Cons: It's hard to manage to cables... If I could change one thing about it, I'd make it a modular-cabling PSU.

Overall Review: You can't really beat the price/performance on this PSU. Don't let the fact that it's grey change your mind ;-)
