Pros: I purchased this to upgrade the memory in my ThinkPad T480. I removed 2 4GB sticks and installed this one 16GB unit, leaving room for purchase of another when it's in my budget to do so. I've been very happy with the performance increase so far, as I've mainly noticed the biggest difference when using Chrome with many tabs open at a time. If you're in a similar situation, I highly recommend the upgrade.
