Sent and billed for 2 items - no credit back yet

I ordered a Lenovo computer and was billed and shipped 2 units. It has been 2 weeks now and I still have not received a credit for the second unit that was sent to me. This is VERY poor customer service as I have to pay my credit card bill and this is costing me a LOT
