Cons: Seagate states 2 week RMA on their website, but it took 2 weeks just to check it in. Support states that because of Covid, it now takes 1 month to RMA a drive. Covid is so bad at Seagate, they cannot even update their website.

Newegg's marketplace policy is useless. Absolutely no help what so ever.

I confirmed the listing before ordering, but they cancelled my order saying they were out of stock yesterday but was in stock now, but at a much higher price. Then someone else from Customer Service told me there was a pricing error. When I asked why I was lied to, they reversed the lie back to being out of stock. I am still waiting for my refund.
