Quiet Little Switch!
Pros: - Small - Low power - Very quiet - Easy to configure
Cons: Not really a con, but I wish it supported SFP+/10Gb
Overall Review: Fantastic little switch, I have 2 of these. Replaced some of the bigger more power hungry switches in my home. Easy to configure. Real solid feel, not a "cheap feeling" switch. Easy to add to the UniFi console.
Big, Cheap, Portable and SLOW!
Pros: Lots of storage space for a relatively reasonable price. Compact in size
Cons: Extremely slow for USB3.0. Takes forever I went to backup all of my data to this drive as an initial backup and it probably took a good day and a half to copy 2-3tb of data to it.
Overall Review: I purchased this drive to have a portable backup of my data as I am on the road a lot and wanted a copy with me. This drive has to be the slowest drive I've ever purchased. I have numerous Seagate and Western Digital 2.5" drives at home, this one is the slowest. Hardly use it because it is so slow. I have a decent machine with USB3.0 too.
Easy to setup! Works great!
Pros: Cost effective solution to get your network to places it is not feasible to run a piece of wire or fiber to. Decent speeds Has a second LAN port to connect a camera, WAP or additional radio
Cons: To mount this on a pole, you use a zip tie. Seems a little cheap/cheesy to me. Would love to see some type of adjustable clamp. The 2nd LAN port works great but is rather tricky to configure if you want it to use a separate VLAN (IE: my cameras are on a different VLAN)
Overall Review: Great overall product, reasonably priced and fairly straight forward to configure out of the box.
Small board packs a punch
Pros: Easy to install. Works well right out of the box. Very stable.
Cons: Wish it had 2 more RAM slots and it would be perfect.
Big Blue Fan
Pros: Works well for a cheap fan. Blows air. Fairly quiet. LEDs are fairly bright.
Cons: No direction indicator as to which way the air flows. Probably a silly thought as you can plug it in and see, however, it would really help. The 3 pin to 4 pin molex connectors that come with it are cheap and rather hard to connect to the power supply. Don't fit right.
Works as expected!
Pros: Fantastic little card. Comes with both full profile and low profile brackets. Windows 10 picked up and installed drivers right away. Didn't have to do anything other then change the bracket and physically install in my computer.
Cons: None at this time.
