Overall Review: I was ok with it at first because I had purchased the replacement plan. When it suddenly failed and the display stopped working I went to file a claim. I am 100% certain I ordered the replacement plan on this product. It claims that I do not have it even though it was in my cart at the time of the order. Now I am stuck with a piece of useless trash. Nothing ever hit the monitor or damaged it. I kept it in pristine condition and then it just blanked. I turned it back on to see a bunch of lines and it was not able to be used. I am very disatisfied and would like a refund.
