Awesome Card but...

Pros: Can't beat the sound quality. This is the card you need if you want to make music on a budget.
Cons: The card is as long as a video card and has the power connector right by the motherboard. Unfortunately, if you own an Asus M2V motherboard or anything similar, the SATA ports will be in the way of your power connection. Long story short, make sure you have the room to plug in or go with the PCI version.
Overall Review: Good selection of software included in the bundle; plenty of adapters for the stereo and MIDI and (bonus) more lighting - I don't have to turn on the lights anymore with all the LED's I've got in my rig (this card gave me seven more).
Worth the price

Pros: Easy to set up. Easy to connect to Network. Easy to add drives, manage, install add-ins. Makes coffee too...not really. Newegg got this to me in 1 DAY. I'm sure they violated the laws of time/space to make this happen. Thanks Newegg.
Cons: Base software doesn't allow for customization of sleep time - I'd love for this thing to be in sleep mode until I need it. I'm sure there's an add-in that will fix this.
Overall Review: I hate HP, but have to say I'm impressed with this. I was going to drop a grand or two on a laptop, read the return policy regarding them, then decided the home server was cheaper and a safer bet if anything went wrong. I haven't regretted that decision. I'm running 2 WD 1TB drives, a Seagate 1.5 TB and the stock 750GB. I've always had solid performance from Seagate, so going WD is to see if all the reviews touting them over Seagate are true. We'll see which drives fail first, hmmm. Adding drives is a breeze, it even gives you the option of adding the drive to the pool or backing up data on the server to the drive. Cool. The WHS console is tricky. Anytime I do anything, install an add-in, drive, whathaveyou, I end up rebooting both the server and my client machine. I'm sure they didn't intend it that way, but that's how it works. Post reboot, everything is great. This is worth the money.
