Pros: * Supports port-based and tagged VLANs * Table for labelling port descriptions * Has four SFP ports for expansion (fibre) * Supports port mirroring for diagnostics/monitoring * Power saving options based on cable length/time of day * Basic SNMP support and LACP port trunking are nice features at this price * Many other good features I don't use so no comment on them.

Cons: * Not all features exposed via SNMP * No VLAN over VLAN options * No redundant power supply * Web interface sometimes slow
