Works like it should
Pros: It's a simple device and works perfectly.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: First shipment got lost in the mail. Replacement was sent quickly.
Second time wasn't the charm
Pros: The modules fit perfectly into the slots. That's about it.
Cons: Both modules failed Memtest 64+ when run as DDR1600.
Overall Review: Bought this memory package two years ago for a Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P motherboard. Both ran (and still do run) perfectly at DDR1600. Added the two new modules and the computer wouldn't boot. Had to run it at DDR1333. Then tested the modules separately with Memtest 64+ and settings for DDR1600, and each one failed. Don't think I'll try it again; hard to believe these are the exact same construction as what I bought two years ago.
A best buy
Pros: These little buggers have fantastic sound. Get good earphones and I bet you'll be as happy as I am. Rooted it with Rockbox, and now no matter how many songs I add (I inserted a 32Gb microcard), they are incorporated into the database in just a few seconds. Great at the gym; tiny thing clips to shorts or a shirt and you're good to go.
Cons: Don't think it can endure an elephant stepping on it. Or even a 30-pound kid, so don't buy it for its ability to take hard knocks. Stock operating system is very slow to digest the addition of new songs.
Overall Review: Had one for a few months and lost it at the gym. No question about getting another. Buy the 4Gb and spend the extra money on a microcard. And if you're a bit adventurous, root it with Rockbox. You'll have a great little mp3 player with terrific sound quality.
Does what it should
Pros: Works perfectly in my Sansa Clip Zip. Loaded a few hundred songs and it barely made a dent!
Cons: Not a one.
Overall Review: Not the kind of product that there's much to say about. Either it works or it doesn't. This works.
