Two versions of same monitor

Pros: Alright, here's the story on this monitor. I bought one over a year ago to be used with a desktop that I was building. It works very nicely, when calibrated properly is fairly accurate with colors, and is a very good deal at its price. I recently graduated college and decided to get a second monitor--and that's when the issues below came up.
Cons: -For both versions I have, there is a fair amount of backlight bleed. Kind of expected for a monitor of this price and I really don't count it down that much. -Vertical viewing angle leaves a lot to be desired. Needs to be aimed directly at the user. These issues are specifically for my new monitor: -Different stand height (the new one is shorter). If you're getting a second one, then keep in mind that you might have to raise it up to match. -Noticeable dot matrix in corners. Not sure why, but the monitor has a noticeable grid in the lower corners. -Totally different color calibration. In order to get the two monitors to match, I had to do a lot of work and the settings are totally different. -Much slower to turn on. Starting up the screens (from both a power save state as well as an off state) takes twice as long as the old monitor. -(Kind of trivial) The power on indicator light is faint and a weird color. Don't know why they would cheap out on that...
Overall Review: Overall, if I could have two of the original monitors I'd be very happy. If I could have two of the new monitors, I'd be fairly happy due to the caveats mentioned previously. But having an old monitor and a new monitor leaves me with a sour experience.
No issues at all

Pros: I'm a big fan of Sony products and this one doesn't disappoint. Use it for transfering G-Code to CNCs and I haven't detected any errors doing so yet (common on cheaper floppy drives--one small error and you can crash a tool).
Cons: None at all.
Overall Review: Bought it with a round Floppy cable from Newegg--highly suggest you get one for better case air flow.
No issues at all

Pros: I'm a big fan of Sony products and this dvd drive fits the normal mold. Nice quality build, free of defects, and runs perfectly. Real world speeds at ripping show that it's faster than another dvd drive i have by ~40 percent (also a 16x drive)--definitely worth it considering how inexpensive this one is.
Cons: None at all.
Overall Review: Stick with Sony for products like this and you won't be disappointed.
