Pros: Installation in my laptop was easy. Made a huge difference in performance over the SSD Hard Drive.

Cons: Had to remove sticker to apply heat shield when installing in Dell laptop. Advertised with a free 64Gb flash drive for private purchase, but not for business purchase.

Overall Review: Bought 3, Would by more if needed.
