Pros: Moves a lot of air for such a tiny fan. Used it for a set of pro audio EQ's that spend all their time sitting in a rack, so noise really isn't an issue. Surprisingly quiet when alone and outside of an enclosure.

Cons: Four of these fans really start to whistle, partially the fault of the enclosure.

Overall Review: Cheap and effective. Great for people who need a really tiny fan!
