Pros: I'm so glad I had this service when I got my new computer, I know just enough to be dangerous on a computer. When I needed this service their help was invaluable. I received tech support from Luciano who was professional, caring, and efficient. I would get this support program again in a minute.

Cons: I did have contact with one agent who was clueless about helping me. I was told if that happens again to hang up and call back and hopefully get another agent.

Overall Review: Absolutely would get this service again.
