Pros: I ordered two of these drives with my Dell R710 system and was looking to order additional, but there are no more. The performance is astonishing and comparable to the performance we get on our EMC SAN Storage. Write are close to 200MB/s for RAID 0 and about 150MB/s for RAID1. You will not find that in a drive less than this. If performance is the name of the game you need these 15K RPM drives.
