Overall Review: Good product for price paid

Pros: Desktop P.C. with DELL quality, performance and reliability for reasonable price.

Cons: Came with Win7 Professional. Install default was set to 64 bit. Could NOT use with software that P.C. was purchased for. Software would ONLY work in 32 bit installation. Had to WIPE HDD completely and start over with PURCHASED copy of Win7 Pro that would install in 32 bit mode. NOT GOOD. I encountered additional expense for NO GOOD REASON. Should have been offered choice on installation 32 or 64 bit mode. YES, I know it is s-u-p-p-o-s-e-d to work, but WOULD NOT. 32 bit version worked without any issues what so ever. Software manufacturer did NOT offer 64 bit version of software. ONLY 32 bit version ONLY. Software would NOT attempt to install into 64 bit installation. Other than this issue, P.C. works as advertised. Good P.C. for reasonable price.

Overall Review: CHANGE O.S. PRE-INSTALLATION VERSION TO VERSION THAT WILL ALLOW END USER TO CHOOSE EITHER 32 OR 64 BIT INSTALLATION. NO.....DO NOT REPLACE WIN7 WITH WIN 10 TO RESOLVE ISSUE. That would be comparable to rubbing perfume on a pig. One would have a pig that would smell good for awhile....then when the perfume wears off, it's still a PIG!!! Not good resolution to problem.

Pros: Item worked as advertised

Cons: had to buy additional adapter cable because input connector was wrong type

Overall Review: change ALL connectors including input to same type
