Pros: Unbelievable performance. I bought 3 and installed them in a RAID 0 Array. No special configs, just straight install. I was able to restore a normal system image (using Windows 7 Backup and Restore) that I took on my previous array and install and restore the image straight over with only one hw detection change and reboot. I had previously installed a RAID 0 array of 3 Raptors and then went to 3 Disk RAID 5. Perfomance between the 2 was negligible. Now a 3 SSD RAID 0 Array is almost like an instant on and launch experience. Unbelievable.

Cons: Very Expensive.
