Pros: Were should I start. The Bios MB I selection allows for easy overclocking on a safe level. This motherboard will never let you get to dangerous levels, and has a shut off warnings when temps become too hot, or when voltages become too high. I was able to overclock my E6600 to a cool 3.4GHZ on only 1.4volts from this mobo. Great buy if you are on a budget.

Cons: the chipset is passively cooled, so it gets pretty hot at times. I suggest getting a fan installed on it.

Overall Review: Overall great board for a great price. For the $100 range this board is a must buy.
