Overall Review: Buying this card seemed like a good idea at first. It's cheap, especially with a rebate. However the rebate requires you to physically send the serial number from the box and mail it in. (I also noted that the first serial number was a sticker that was covering another number, more on that later) When the card stopped working I decided ask the manufacturer for replacement rather than Newegg RMA to save on shipping. Even though they state a three year warranty they told me I had to send it back to Newegg because it had been less than 30 days since I bought it. So I file an RMA with Newegg. When I hear back from them however, my replacement has been denied because the serial on the box and the card don't match (I sent my serial number to Galaxy for the rebate). When I realized this I was rather angry. 1. Two different serial number on the same box. 2. Defective. 3. Horrible customer service- I don't understand why they wouldn't replace my card under warranty. I suggest you steer clear.
