About time to get some good gaming card after the long wait on chip shortage!
Pros: Good quality, big cooler that does work as passive cooling with the fans turned off on a normal PC usages load.
Cons: Only 2 issues.... 1: The cooler is actually quite thick, I thought it was going to be 2 bays thick because of the rear mount plate, but it's actually more like 3 bays thick. It was a problem when trying to install on a small motherboard with m.2 PCI adaptor, which I didn't plan ahead for. 2: There's no way to access the RGB LED's plug for the brand logo without taking the backplate and cooler off. It would've been easier to unplug the LEDs that way, but I resorted to download and install RGB Fusion from their website, just to turn it off. Uninstalled the software afterward and it's still off, which is good. Don't need the bloatware and don't need the RGB lights keeping me up at night.
Overall Review: Awesome card nonetheless! Despite the mounting issue, I went for vertical mounting with a PCI cable and it's just awesome. I get to play good games now. :)
Nice tablet, but for what?
Pros: Great color and contract tone balance screen. It is the best screen out there for a tablet. Touch function is very responsive, even to the lightest touch of a pinky. Audio are fairly better than most other tablet's speakers as I've gone through them myself. At least this tablet have the speakers coming from the sides. Most other tablets have speakers pointing out on the back-side, which is moronic. Does have audio-jack port along with mini-HDMI port. Go read the tech specs to see what else is packed in this tablet and it surely does have them all working properly. Just might be more than I could've asked for.
Cons: The connection port for power is ill-placed when you want to use while charging. Some App doesn't let you rotate thus you're forced to have connection port wire resting on your stomach as you lay down with it. Had to rethink how to use the tablet and change your comfort position while charging. Chances that you're going to get light-bleeds around the edges of the screen are very high. This is widely known with this model from ASUS, people are reporting it on forums and sadly it happened to me twice as I RMA`ed them both. For whatever reason, frames around the screen tend to squeak and click as you nudge them, doesn't make noise but you can feel them moving out of place slighty. As if ASUS used cheap glue, that dried out too fast in processing. It get annoying fast as the more you carry it. At last, the size and its weight is not quite comfort in hand. When holding with one hand, can't help feel like it's too thin and you're gonna drop it. Holding for too long make hand cramp a
Overall Review: Don't let my cons put you off, it's still a great tablet in term of its inside-tech performance. However, it does stop me to ask myself a question... what's the tablet really good for? It's not really portable enough to go around all the time. It's like carrying a book... which you can't put in your pocket. Maybe backpack but there's too much fear of breaking and getting it all scratched up. What I didn't know was what I really want, was a smart-phone that can fit in my hand till I had this tablet for a while. Just can't find a good use of it. If you can, this would be the choice for you with more bang for the bucks.
Good tiny fan for something tiny that needed to cool down.
Pros: It works, it's a fan... pretty simple really.
Cons: Long shipping time, but that's normal.
Overall Review: Good seller. They reached out to me to make sure my address was correct before sending. It came in a tiny bag, didn't come with anything else. Just the fan by itself. I've tested the voltage and amp, and they're correct as advertised. Thumbs up.
For what it's worth, it does feel like I got a better deal than those who gotten the S22 Ultra model.
Pros: It does handle the web and app pretty well. It's not completely over the top, but it's not terrible either, which make this phone well worth for its price.
Cons: The touch screen is very sensitive, you can trigger something on the screen without actually touching the surface. It can get a little bit annoying when trying to move around and handling it. However, it's not really a dealbreaker, just a small annoyance.
Overall Review: I have no intention to play games on this phone. I just want something that can help me with everyday life stuff. Texting, web surfing, take photo/video, and use apps that are productive for my life in general. The phone is pretty and is well-built, does the job well enough. Great battery life, I was able to use it for 5 days in light casual uses before recharging it to full again. I've been using this phone for 11 weeks. No issues. I will update this review if I run into any issues, but so far I'm happy with it.
Pros: Fast power boot up and fast resolution switching time. Awesome and large brushed-metal base. Slide up&down height adjustment with ease, thanks to the ball-bearings. Eye-Care feature, that I didn't even realize it came with. Menu buttons are hidden when not in use, they will lit up when your finger are near via proximity sensor. It even came with a wired controller for when you can't reach your screen. Great color and gamma setting management and more options.
Cons: It can't tilt forward down as much. The packaging didn't come with solid screen cover. Which could have made it easier to set this up for first time. The screen is large and bit heavy, so be extra careful when putting the base together and placing on your desk. (Not really much of a con, to be honest.) Price. Might be better if it was around $450-500.
Overall Review: I'm loving this screen. I had an old screen for 9 years and it was non-LED "TN" LCD panel. This screen made this upgrade worth doing. Old screen had 2ms GTG and I was worried that this screen with 4ms GTG might affect my gaming. So far, it has not. I can see the faint ghosting in a ghosting test, but during fast-pace gaming. It made no difference. I mean it... made no difference. I know some people scoff at professional reviewers saying it's great for gaming when obessed gamers cares too much about 1ms GTG. I was quite concerned about it but I went ahead got this, knowing I could return it in 30 days. From what I can see, they weren't wrong. It only can display at 60hz, thus 60fps. 4ms GTG at that rate will make no difference in term of gaming. This is basically the best gaming screen for this size. Better than silly 4K screen at smaller screen size for unrealistic reason.... and those enlarged screen sporting 1080p. If you want bigger screen and more resolution with good GTG time on 60hz rate, this is it.
Useless Customer Service
They don't provide tracking number, which are provided by UPS. They don't do 3-days shipping, regardless what said in ordering process. They don't keep track of their customers when it come to handling service care. They use "lazy" automatic mailing system to respond your complaint or emails sent to them. The worst part was their machine spams your email with same copies over and over again for one time thing. About 4 or 5 copies as a response for each emails I've sent. All I could say... What the heck are they doing? Newegg should drop business with them soon as possible.
