Great; but no Linux support.
Pros: This is a great all-in-one. Print quality is very good and it's faster than my older HP model. Scanner works very well also. The built-in Ethernet is big plus. As usual, great service from Newegg.
Cons: There is no Linux support for this device that I can find. Canon tech support also confirmed this. This is the only reason that I'm giving this an average review even though it works great on the Windows systems. It's my own fault for not checking first. Still surprised that Canon left Linux users out in the cold.
Great Low Cost Board
Pros: Low cost, on-board gige, on-board video, and lots of SATA connectors.
Overall Review: I'm really happy with this board. I'm using this with an Intel Celeron 430 processor and a bunch of SATA drives. It makes a great file server. Installed Ubuntu without any problems. I haven't messed with any of the overclocking since I don't need to so I can't speak to that.
Excellent TV! Poor Shipping....
Pros: This is a great TV and the Newegg price could not be beat. HD channels are absolutely awesome. Non-HD channels are so-so. This is my second Samsung HD LCD and I would definitely buy another one.
Cons: The remote seems awkward and not that ergonomic. I always seem to grab the wrong end and it always seems to ends up upside-down. I don't use that remote that much so it's no big deal.
Overall Review: The shipping for this thing was terrible. My wife had to make mulitple phone calls to try and track this thing down since we wanted to make sure someone was home when it arrived. Simply put, every call to the shipping company was littered with confusion. Had we not been proactive I'm not sure how long we would have waited. Luckily once the local shipping subcontractor was contacted they cleared things up quickly and were very helpful. This is the last time I'll buy something that's shipped this way.
