Pros: Good price for 8 ports. It works as expected. I've been running one for a month now. I just received a second unit which is also working fine for now.

Overall Review: The product listing doesn't advertise these for flat or round cables. On the product bag and also the packing slip, these are clearly marked "flat". I've made several round cat5 cables with these and they seem to work fine so far.
