Overall Review: This thing has excellent airflow out of the box with the fans it ships with, I have yet to feel it blowing hot even playing Starfield at high settings, and I love how powerful I feel when people tremble and shakily remark on it's size, clearly intimidated by such a massive device as they wimper along on their pathetically tiny smartphones or tablets or whatever lesser individuals do their computing with.

Pros: - Good design - RGB lights are highly customizable with numerous presets, including several interactive modes that light up in response to key presses - Brown switches are satisfying for both gaming and long periods of writing - Has keys to control volume and open calculator - Has fn functions for several keys to control the RGB lights without having to go into the software - Software is simple to use, and can change the lights in all patterns to any desired colour or brightness level - Has no key well, so it is easy to clean and to avoid getting dirty - Construction feels solid

Cons: - Not as many extra keys/functions as I was hoping - Fairly basic layout

Overall Review: I love this keyboard and have received many compliments for the lighting. My only (very minor) qualm is that the layout is fairly simple and doesn't have many superfluous keys to customize. Otherwise perfect, and also my first ever mechanical keyboard. Honestly, I think I will always stick with mechanical keyboards from now on. I went with the brown switch model, and it has very satisfying tactility and typing sounds great.

Cons: - As with all bluetooth headsets, using the microphone causes a 50% drop in sound quality - Ear cups could potentially be too small for some people

Overall Review: I absolutely love these headphones and will definitely be keeping them. The sound quality is magnificent, and the noise cancellation allows movie watching and gaming to be that much more immersive. My only issue is that you cannot use the microphone with full quality audio being streamed into the cups, because of the way the firmware and hardware of the headphones is designed. From what I understand, this is not specific to these headphones but an issue of all bluetooth head sets. This could be an issue if you are a gamer, as full quality audio from the game cannot be used with the built-in microphone; the only solution is to use a separate microphone, from what I can tell. Personally this is not an issue for me, as I rarely use voice chat while gaming. However, I have read reviews by gamers who ended up returning them because of this issue. Other than that, these headphones are flawless as far as I am concerned. If not for the microphone issue, this would be a five star rating.

Pros: - RGB lights can be customized with eight colours (red, cyan, orange, blue, yellow, purple, green, white), two patterns for each colour (solid/no pattern or gentle pulsating), and four different patterns that cycle through all colours - Tempered glass is easy to clean, allows you to see into the case without removing anything - Can apparently fit any size motherboard (I am using ATX) - Not too heavy, especially considering it's size - Comes with four fans (one in back, three in front) with the option to add two more on top or to swap any of these spots out with a liquid cooling system - Fans are very quiet, and can be set to two high or low speed with a switch - Excellent airflow - Comes with magnetic dust filters that are easy to remove and clean

Cons: - Odd placement of PSU shelf could potentially be an issue for some (it wasn't for me) - Takes up a fair amount of space compared to other cases I've owned

Overall Review: I absolutely love this case and would strongly recommend it to anyone else considering it. I've already received compliments from a few people. Will make those around you jealous and envious.

I've bought a couple of things from them now through Newegg, and they've always shipped on time, as described, and at good prices. I've never had to use their customer service because they've never given me a reason to, so I'm not sure how it stacks up. However, if the rest of their operation is any indication, it likely stacks up well.

This product was shipped during the holidays, and I did not use express delivery. So the expected delivery was somewhere between five and seven business days, possibly longer in my mind due to holiday rush. It ended up being delivered in two days. Product that arrived was exactly as described. It was also packed well, and didn't have any damage or defects that I could notice. Worked well with my computer with little setup required. I would recommend this seller to anyone interested in purchasing a monitor on a budget.
