Overall Review: If this supply is delivering 5 amps not 3 amps it would not matter it will only draw what is asked of it from an amperage standpoint therefore your negative really is a positive... Sorry to have to correct your inaccurate information

Pros: works out of the box for a limited time

Cons: replaced this unit 3 times in a month all units have the same issue they update the firmware and there is no way back. Once the firmware is updated the fan stops working and generates faults. I have contacted Engenius and have not gotten a fix in over 2 weeks

Cons: there is no forth leg on the right side where the mouse goes. Any pressure placed on the mouse makes the desk topple over and your notebook will hit the floor

Pros: Correct size for my large body. looks good, very adjustable Great tech support they call you back within minutes

Cons: This keeps breaking the company sent replacement parts and it broke again STAY CLEAR OF THIS PRODUCT During the initial build some of the screws did not line up and I had to doo filing and drilling. The chair is hard not well padded I would like a little more padding The chair is unstable if you sit on the front edge if the chair it will tip over forward. I wish I could move the arm rests farther back but for most this will not be a problem

Overall Review: If you do not tighten the spring on the chair after initial build before sitting on it you will fall over backwards. Despite the cons I kept the chair and use it daily. it does not hurt my back but because it needs more padding I would not purchase again.
