Pros: The Rosewill products are of good quality but their packaging is weak. I have purchase several server racks from Rosewill in the past and the packaging is always in poor shape due to heavy weight of the rack parts.

Cons: I received one of the two rack in a deteriorating package. Both ends were blown out and the middle was coming apart. Once I opened up the package, I noticed all of the hardware was missing. When I notified NewEgg and requested the hardware, they would only send me a return shipping label to send the entire 62 lb. rack back. First of all the package was destroyed in the first place so slapping a new label on it would not work. Also I had no was of replacing the three shipping straps which is all that was holding it together. Secondly, I have no way of getting the 6 foot, 62 lbs package up to a UPS store. I am a retired senior citizen and cannot transport that much weight in my Suburu. Of course I had no way of communicating this because they have no way to talk to anyone. I ended up buying some of the hardware myself to build the rack.

Overall Review: I would recommend the product to someone else but would not recommend buying it through NewEgg.
