Pros: This switch replaced a Dell 16 port switch that was 9 years old and failed. We have two of these installed now and bought the HP based on price and 1000 network speed. Will know in 10 years if this was a good buy.

Cons: Ports are in two rows and bottom port numbers are obscured by cables. Not a big issue.

Overall Review: I like the compact size of these switches.

Pros: Switches between three small servers. No problems, works great.

Cons: None

Pros: This hub can handle multiple USB devices without conflict or issues. It is very easy to save files for training purposes on many USB flash drives quickly.

Cons: I cannot verify that the power supply to USB devices is consistent. I have seen it work and on another occasion I could not get it charge a device. There is not much in the way of documentation so possibly the device was exceeding the capability of the Hub.

Overall Review: For what I use it for, it works great.
