good for the price
Pros: heavy an feels well built. dualbios supports more ram than ill ever need looks sharp in an all black case crossfire AND sli ready. came with an sli bridge an 4 black sata cables to match it.
Cons: the driver for the lan was corrupt out of the box so after 20mins of scratchin my head i uninstalled the driver an reinstalled it off the disk an worked. it came with a sticker on the box sayin "New am3+ CPU BIOS Installed" but it wasnt so i had to pop in an older am3 cpu, though that doesnt really matter because i was expecting the issue anyways. i could have liked a clear cmos button instead of 2 pins but hey its not a high end board and its just as easy to stick a tool to it.
Overall Review: love gigabyte mobos. never had a dead one and they last me until i outgrow them without a hickup.
heck of an upgrade
Pros: over clocked to 4.2 very easily, on air temps are much cooler than my old processor.
Cons: the am3+ mobos arent able to support them right out of the box which only makes this an issue if your doing a fresh build and you dont have an extra am3 proc layin around-but thats the mobos fault not the procs.
Overall Review: i upgraded from an old phenom ii x2. increased frame rates in cinebench by 13fps. im going to be picking up a liquid cooler here soon so i can push this thing as far as it can go.
too easy
Pros: cheap an powerfull enough to do what you want.
Cons: couldnt unlock the the extra cores but thats not a real biggy for me cuz i see myself buying the x6 here in a few months.
Overall Review: almost seemed too easy
good for the price
Pros: easy easy easy, does every thing the average gamer would want and then some
Cons: did not come with a case speaker, had extras so its all good only one PCI-E slot and in the future another would be darn nice, but with a radeon 5770 video card i dont see me needing another anytime soon unless i wanna max out every game i touch.
Overall Review: the power/led/restart an all that jazz had a different color comp than my case so i had to break out the manual for that an double check, good thing i didnt hook it up by colors
easy
Pros: pretty blue led fans easy to deal with B-A lookin heat sinks an fans
Cons: none so far really it did fit really snug between my CPUs heat sink/fan an my 24pin atx power supply. which wont be in issue unless i upgrade my heatsink for my CPU, but that would only hender you using the fan which i dont think would really cause them to over heat
Overall Review: my mobo picked it up on its own so when i went in to make sure everything was right it already was, i jus wish i could find this same ram without the fan for a few dollars cheaper cuz id be buyin this all day long.
No probs
Pros: its a HDD not much to say.
Cons: it didnt explode yet.
