Great Price/Performance

Pros: Wonderful performance - decent thermals compared to older, much warmer AMD pieces - and can't beat the performance in the price range.
Cons: My only complaint with this unit is the fan that is attached to the heatsink - after about 4 months it started to sporadically and now after 6 months it has become fairly constant. I built my system to be quiet - massive heat sink with pipes on the graphics card, SSD, 2 large, lower RPM case fans and now this. #firstworldproblems
It is faster than 100mbit - but only by 100%

Pros: It is faster than my 10/100 mbit netgear switch. I used to get approximately 8MB per second on my Netgear switch - now I am seeing 16-17MB per second on this Asus gigabit switch.
Cons: It is only twice the speed of my 10/100 Netgear switch. I decided to purchase an 8 port Netgear switch and my speeds have gone from 17 MB per second on this Asus switch to 79-90MB per second on the Netgear switch - all using the same cables, computers, etc. Drop-in upgrade from Asus to Netgear netted a an extra 60 MB per second, for roughly twice the price.
Mostly Good

Pros: Excellent feature set from a solid company - fast and free shipping from newegg. Audyysey is awesome - I love it.
Cons: Every speaker I plug into the surround back left speaker is not recognized by Audyssey and there is no output - I have contacted Onkyo for support on this issue - hopefully they come through in fine form - I will follow up after this is resolved.
Not so much

Pros: It works and switches between vga and dvi - excellent
Cons: when typing, this KVM switch skips keystrokes, repeats keystrokes, and far to often will repeat the last letterrrrrrrrrrrrr or twowowowowowo that you typed until you hit the backspace keyeyeyeyey. While that was meant to be funny and/or amusing, it is in fact what is happening.
Overall Review: these problems are present on two of these kvm switches we purchased - bot are going backkkkkkkkkkkkkk.
