Pros: I have nothing but great things to say about this PC. It's extremely powerful and as of today I haven't experienced any techincal problems. Plays Crysis smoothly on High settings - handles everything else with max settings just fine. For the awesome power you get...and the 8800 gt - you really can't beat the value of this PC.

Cons: I ordered over the holiday so it took a while to get here!

Overall Review: I'm not sure why other people had problems. All drivers and Vista were preloaded correctly - this PC is top of the line for gaming - last time around I built my own PC but if they keep offering pre-built systems like this then I might just be a convert.

Pros: Best bang for the buck No bloatware

Cons: No backlit keyboard - but I dont miss it
