Purchased a sound card from this seller, soundcard was tagged as delivered by U.P.S with no proof of delivery. Contacted seller and ended up having to prove to seller that item was not delivered to me with video. Fortunately, I had cameras on my house. Seller determined that a replacement needed to be sent and stated that I should receive it by april 7th. Contacted seller today Because no tracking number has been issued for replacement shipment as of yet, seller replied that replacement shipment had been damaged in transit. 🤔, I find this to be dubious at best. Seller asked if I would mind waiting a little longer, Sadly I'm not that ignorant. If you like lots of headache, and being strung, along then, this seller is absolutely for you. If by some miracle, they manage to actually make this right. And make me happy at the same time. This review will get updated. Until that happens, This review stands as is, do not buy from these people.

Long story short, I bought NEW, received opened with items missing from the original manufacturer, Seller blamed it on Chinese inspection, My opinion was opened = Used. Seller compensated me $50 bucks for the issue, I accepted as it would be too large a pain in the rear end to try to get an actual unopened card for my computer. If you buy from here just remember you have been warned.
