Pros: this phone has everything that you would expect out of a basic non smart phone and it does a great job compared to to other phones ive had! ive had alot of problems with freezing screens and text lag and this phone has had none of those problems

Cons: it came with the european plug in jack with an adaptor so the chharger sticks out very far from the wall

Pros: it is a great phone and is everything i expected like always with a newegg product the camera is slightly better than an average cell phones camera the scroll d pad is kinda goofy at firs but i like it

Cons: the internet doesnt work unless you have at&t or do a flash the charging port on mine quit working and wouldnt connect to my computer and wouldnt charge so i had to buy a battery charger and cobble it to work the battery life isnt the greatest even on normal daily usage with me texting about 200 times a day and talking less than an hour total the battery would be almost dead by the end of the night

Overall Review: this is a grat phone and even though the port got messed up i would buy another bjII
