For those with no Toslink output at the back of their TV

Pros: Most TVs have a digital coax audio output. I needed an optical audio signal for my Bluetooth transmitter. This worked great. (Cable box has Toslink but output is Dolby mode. My Bluetooth transmitter needs PCM mode . . available from the back of the TV)
Cons: Needs power via another power brick (adapter)!
AUX audio to USB Flash

Pros: none
Cons: Did not work on Toyota Yaris or Jeep Compass; did not appear to read USB at all. Tried FAT, FAT32 and NTFS formats.
Very good and clean refurbished desktop: all works

Pros: Very clean inside and out. Works as advertised! Maybe only one junkware included. I like the fact that the valid refurb product key was on top of the case clearly identified and protected (covered; you'll know if it has been copied). Comes with (cheap) USB mouse and keyboard. Can take 32 Gb of DDR3 !! (Dell documentation incorrectly says max is 16)
Cons: Did not have doc to explain how to retrieve Win 10 product key. Called the refurbisher (AST) and they never returned call. Turns out the product key was like a scratch off on top of the case.
Overall Review: Recommended; would get the same product. Leave cheap mouse and keyboard. A clean refurbished Dell would be fine or make the mouse wireless. A product disc (the manual and the drivers) would be good for those wanting clean install of OS.
Good but not great

Pros: 1) It had a Microsoft authorized "refurb license" sticker. NOT the original Win sticker. 2) Product came very clean; almost blemish free. 3) Good bones (ie. hardware) albeit poor memory slot placement 4) Win 10 Pro with no crapware.
Cons: 1) The memory of 4Gb was split into 2 x 2 Gb instead of a single 4Gb. Impact will be if you try to upgrade memory. You'll have to discard 2 chips to achieve for 2 x 4Gb. 2) Placement of the memory SIMMs are very inconvenient. Instead of together (under the bottom cover as is common), one is under the keyboard!!! Therefore upgrading SIMMs will be a technician's exercise. 3) Each memory slot can take at most 4Gb not 8Gb. The writeup on it said max mem is 16Gb. 16Gb is possible only if CPU is i7.
Overall Review: After replacing the HD with an SSD, machine performance is very satisfactory!
Excellent refurb

Pros: Condition of product - excellent; clean; 99% blemish free! As advertised. Delivery on date expected. *Important - has the appropriate refurb Windows license (NOT the original license)!!
Cons: "Battery not detected" msg came up on bootup. Reported elsewhere on HP laptops. Fixed by tightly pushing on battery against the case. May have been a contact issue.
Overall Review: Machine had a single 4Gb SIMM. Therefore you can easily add another 4Gb without removing the other SIMM.
Very good product

Pros: Completely reasonable machine at a completely reasonable price. It was refurbished but was in excellent condition. No adware or trial or junk software installed. Importantly a single 4Mb SIMM was installed leaving the 2nd slot free.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Seller was US Micro. Shipping almost as prompt as Newegg! Would purchase product again.
Item as advertised
Purchased item was exactly as advertised. Delivery was prompt considering it was mailed from China. Would order from this seller again.
