Outstanding

Pros: My company just purchased a large number of the T440. Ultrabook with RJ45 and DB15 connectors with dock connector. Super durable. Outstanding design.
Cons: Hate the trackpad. To me this is the ONLY flaw. Feels extremely spongy if you use the physical click method. Using multitouch seems to be the best way. Some of the other Lenovo products seem to have better trackpad designs. Less spongy feel.
Overall Review: If Lenovo could revise the trackpad, this could be the best business class ultrabook ever designed.
Make a Different Selection

Pros: Sharp is known for LCD's of high quality with above average picture quality. Unfortunately, not this display.
Cons: The brightness on the display has begun to flicker after 30 days. When changing channels and on occasion while viewing the brightness dims then gets brighter. Started about 1 week ago and seems to be getting worst. I assume the unit will probably fail at some point in the very near future. Others have described similar issues.
Had high hope for this unit

Pros: Great Specs.
Cons: Intermittent dropping of WiFi connection.
Overall Review: Replaced a 7 year old Linksys WRT54G version 2.0 with this. Did not even give the stock firmware a chance, so I refuse to comment about the functionality of it. Within 5 minutes of opening the package the router was flashed with DD-WRT v24 preSP2. Have been running the DD-WRT firmware on my old Linksys WRT54G for around 5 years and it has performed spectacular. The latest release on the Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH so far appears to be just as reliable as on the old WRT54G. This is a fabulous router and a great price point! The internal hardware specs guarantee the unit will perform for many years as your bandwidth and throughput need increase. With an Atheros AR9132 chipset, 64MB RAM and 32MB of flash memory on board this unit is currently at the upper level of the home user hardware specs. Better hardware then other routers that cost twice the price. The built in USB port and NAS functionality are also pretty awesome. As a side note, please be aware to take full advantage of the
"THE BEST" Multipurpose Mini Oven

Pros: High quality construction, Attractive style, excellent cooking results.
Cons: Maybe price but high quality and innovation usually comes at a higher price. The selection dial to choose the different functions (ie Toast, Bake, Convection) sometimes has issues. It can be hard to get it on the right setting sometimes but I consider this the only minor flaw.
Overall Review: Our family has gone through many devices of this type over the years. Because we are heavy user, we usually seek out more durable products (not the $50. toaster ovens from Walmart). This is by far the absolute BEST we have purchased over the last 15 years. Really high quality and attractive unit. Matches our stainless steel appliances. No regrets and it should last many years.
SSD Drive Works, Enclosure Bad

Pros: Arrived at my door last night. Mounted the SSD drive in the Kingston provided enclosure and not recognized by XP, Vista, 7 or OSX Snow Leopard. Swapped out the USB cable, still nothing. Removed the drive from the Kingston provided enclosure and mounted in a 3rd party enclosure. SUCCESS.
Cons: The Kingston provided enclosure with the Notebook kit was bad. Exceedingly cheap piece of junk but the SSD drive is quite nice.
Overall Review: If you purchase one and it seem DOA, try swapping out the 2.5' enclosure. The drive itself should be pretty failsafe.
Really, really poor quality

Pros: Has a decent power supply. Wonder how long it will last. Other than that, make another selection.
Cons: Really cheap. Thin aluminum enclosure which can easily dent from assembly. Paint has bubbles and runs in it.
Overall Review: I have been building custom machines since 1990. I have built exactly 4,728 machines in that time. This is one of the worst (if not the absolute worst) and cheapest cases I have ever seen in that time. Very supprised that others have given this thing such good reviews. Make another choice for this price range or spend a little more and get some better quality
