Great card!

BIOSTAR GeForce 6800XT 512MB GDDR2 AGP 4X/8X Video Card V6802XA52
BIOSTAR GeForce 6800XT 512MB GDDR2 AGP 4X/8X Video Card V6802XA52

Pros: Wow. Wonderful step-up from a 9500PRO. BF2, America's Army. Wonderful new life has been breathed into my P4 system. I would give this card a 5 if it were PCI-e. For an AGP card, this is the best I can find!

Cons: Stock cooler is inadequete at best. I run all my settings on medium, and I have to unlock the xtra Pipelines. Won't do it until I get a watercooling solution.

Overall Review: Great card, just make sure you invest in an aftermarket cooling solution if you want to overclock, unlock, or otherwise step up it's performance. Google search -The Best Case Scenario- for ideas and tips on how to install aftermarket cooling or configure these cards safely.

Dud

Kensington Si300 K72331US Gray/Black 6 Buttons Tilt Wheel Wired Laser Mouse
Kensington Si300 K72331US Gray/Black 6 Buttons Tilt Wheel Wired Laser Mouse

Pros: Lightweight, great tracking, very precise when needed, multiple buttons

Cons: Cheaply made. Kensington's website is not very friendly. The rubber "ribbing" around the mouse started coming apart from the mouse, on the front of the mouse after about a month. I could overlook this, as it performs wonderfully. Then, just today (6 months after purchase) the scroll wheel stopped working. I never could scroll side to side, but as I had never had that before, I didn't think much of it. Now the scroll wheel will not function at all. Whatsoever.

Overall Review: Pay a little more and get a mouse from logitech. I can't return this to newegg, as after a month went by, we tossed the packaging. Can't return it for a replacement without packaging... I will await kensington's reply to this review (if any). Hopefully they will surprise me, and offer to replace my dud mouse. Where I come from, $30 on a single mouse is no chump change.

What?!

NZXT Source 210 S210-001 Black “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
NZXT Source 210 S210-001 Black “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: - Cable management!! i have virtually no visible cabling inside my component area. - Cooling!! Fans, fans, and more fans!!! I have not utilized all fan mounts. running only one 120mm for drives, and one 200mm for upper exhaust. none on bottom. Case stays super cool, even in a hot houston summer office. - DRIVE SPACE!!! running 4x1TB WD Black in Raid-0, 1.5 TB seagate for backup and storage, and 80gb SSD for boot. still had room for more drives, and none of my current drives are in front of my GPU (HD5830), leaving plenty of room for Power Connectors. - PSU Bottom mounted - NO gawdy LED lights or LED fans!! Simplistic, sleek, elegant, d@mn-near deadly appearance. Definately a "sleeper" case for a LAN. - STURDY!! I don't care what these other reviews say. NZXT brand, NZXT style, NZXT design, for a W@l-m@rt price. The case is SOLID. The side panels are GOING to feel flimsy. They are like 3-5mm sheet metal. Don't bend them and they'll be fine. The rest of the case? flawless.

Cons: I didn't order more in bulk

Overall Review: - No PSU included. This is not a "Con" to me, as if you need a case with a PSU you won't even be looking at this one anyway. Or shouldn't be, if you can read. - My shipping box was MUTILATED. Case was perfectly intact. Good packaging around corners for protection. - I am running an 850w PSU that is a little longer than most. If you have a large PSU (850w-1kw+) then it may cover one of the fan mounts on bottom. But I was under the impression it only had one on the bottom when i bought it so nothing gained nothing lost for me. My system: Gigabyte 880G motherboard AMD 1055T Phenom II X6 2x4GB 1333 Kingston 1TB WD Black Enterprise 1.5T Seagate "Green" (sata2, 5900RPM) (no more RAID oor SSD - One year later from initial purchase) I have 3 black labs and tile floors. I have to clean my fans more frequently than most prbably.

So far? - Egg-celllent!

Seagate BarraCuda 7200.11 ST31000333AS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
Seagate BarraCuda 7200.11 ST31000333AS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: This the first terabyte drive I have purchased for myself. With Promo code on top of the sale, I got it for $79.99 + Free shipping. Get this - I ordered 4/21 @ about 9AM and it was waiting for me at my house when I got home on 4/22 @ 4:30... Amazing! So far it has been powered on in an external Blac X hard drive dock. Plugged in at ~11:00PM CST and been formatting ever since. Drive is VERY cool to the touch, VERY quiet. I can't comment on access time and drive speed, YET.

Cons: The only thing I can realy think of so far, is that it has been formatting for 8 hours and was only 76% done when I left to go to work this morning. If this is the worst thing that happens in regards to this drive, then I think everything will be fine.

Overall Review: I have installed many of these hard drives for clients in higher end machines, NAS boxes, Media Center's, etc. So far I have only had 2 returned to me for replacement out of literally hundreds that I have bought in the past year (not all from the egg, unfortunately). Be sure to check Seagate's website every once in a blue moon for updated firmware. A lot of people don't even know what firmware is or what it can do to improve your drive's reliability, work-life, and speed (through-put.) This drive will replace a 320GB Hitachi (8mb cache) in my Media Center PC. -Core 2 Duo E4400 (2Ghz) -4GB G.Skill DDR2-800 -Gigabyte motherboard -Nvidia 8800GTS (640MB) -LG Blu-Ray -25" I-Inc LCD (1080p) -Vista Ultimate 32bit (Got it for free for attending a MS Technet seminar.) ------------ I will update later when I have been able to use the drive, and it has been running for a while. NEWEGG - I LOVE YOU!!

Works Great

PQI TURBO 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 667 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model PQI25400-2GDB

Pros: Works great, cheap price

Cons: Not DDR2-800?

Overall Review: Replaced a set of kingston value-ram (533 not 667) and made the machine just a tad bit faster too.

Great HTPC case

Linkworld Black body/ Silver strip Steel 6280-01 Micro ATX Media Center / HTPC Case
Linkworld Black body/ Silver strip Steel 6280-01 Micro ATX Media Center / HTPC Case

Pros: This is a follow up review, as I see a lot of people complaining about the front bezel breaking off. The front bezel on this case does not *need* to come off, in order to do anything. You can install drives, etc with the front bezel cemented in place. I went to Wally World and picked up some plastic -> metal epoxy, and put a light amount around the rim of the front bezel. Left it on for a few hours, and now you couldn't pull that bezel off if you had a set of instructions and a mission statement!

Cons: The front bezel comes off, but it IS easily (and cheaply) fixed.

Overall Review: To those who are considering this case, but are scared by the bezel, don't be. It CAN be fixed for little cost ($4 epoxy), and a little time. It has a wonderful little generic PSU (400w mATX) that can power a quad core, 4GB DDR2-800, 8600GT, DVD-R/W, 500GB HD, PCI-e x1 TV Tuner, and a PCI Wireless G card, with no problems at all for almost a year. Using as an HTPC case, is on 24/7 with Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit. Using for DVR and Movie playback.
