Know what you are getting before you purchase

Pros: -Small Chassis means it fits nicely on the shelf. -Quiet, even with the optional front fan. -This is a great value for the price. -The Chassis is well built and sturdy. Heavy and solid! -I have had this server running for about a year and only restarts for Windows updates. This this is very reliable if you upgrade a few parts.
Cons: -RAID does not work with Server 2012 OR Windows 7 Pro. Like another reviewer, I was directed by SuperMicro to the FTP site for the drivers and it still didn't work. I ended up buying a PCIe RAID controller. -Power Supply is INADEQUATE for more than 2 HDDs
Overall Review: As long as you buy a better power supply and get an external RAID controller you should be fine. i just want to point out that other newer Super Micro Barebones servers have worked with RAID just fine.
It was a great card in the beginning

Pros: -Plays any game I throw at it including newer ones like Far Cry 3
Cons: - After about a year the fan started making a lot of noise - Now the fan has failed and causes the card to overheat and stutter games - After the fan broke my FPS randomly drop to 10-15 on games I used to run 30-75 FPS
Overall Review: Since I have 3 massive 20mm Case fans and a huge Heatsink fan cooling my case I can still play most games without issue as long as I don't play for long periods of time. I will be contacting the manufacturer after I post this review.
