hi everyone who says bad things about this HDD

Seagate Momentus XT ST95005620AS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s with NCQ 2.5" Solid State Hybrid Drive Bare Drive
Seagate Momentus XT ST95005620AS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s with NCQ 2.5" Solid State Hybrid Drive Bare Drive

Pros: It is super fast, very reliable, and is not very hot like some people say. I have owned one of these for over a year and have had no problems with it. I have notice alot of things about a speed boost not present with other reviews. I can verify that there is a speed increase with certain computer hardware. I had this drive in a couple laptop's 1) asus g60jx and it was very fast booted in around 23 seconds to load windows. 2) Toshiba Qosmio x505-q892 and it took around 32 seconds to load windows. But I just recently built a desktop with high quality components and it beats both above, it boots in about 17 seconds. So this is due to te quality of your computer and how good the components are to some degree.

Cons: none

Overall Review: I know that sometimes people get DOA or junk from different company's when it arrives at there door. But like so many people have replied before, its not the company's fault this happens. Nothing in the world is perfect and that goes for more then computer components. go into walmart and look at the returns line, ever noticed that it always has someone there returning an item? Look at car company's they give you a brand new car and its from a reliable company and something breaks, you say they suck? but yet they will replace it for free if you brought it to there shops. So with this being said, just because you get a bad item doesn't mean the company sucks.
