Thermaltake W0106RU 700 W Complies with ATX 12V 2.2 & EPS 12V version SLI Certified 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: running a quad core, 4GB crucial ballistix ram, BFG 8800GTX 768DDR3 OC2, ABIT IP35-Pro, 3 raptor HDs, and 2 WD 500, 320gb drives - all SATA. doesnt even hesitate according to Uguru stays around 40 degrees Celcius (hotter than my CPU) but definitely with-in normal parameters.

Cons: I ran out of connections. not really a con i just have too much poop. cables are pretty stiff, but still bendable

this card is yawning

BFG Tech GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Support Graphics Card BFGR88768GTXOC2E
BFG Tech GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Support Graphics Card BFGR88768GTXOC2E

Pros: I dont think there is a game out there that it actually has to work at rendering. running quad core 2gb ram with this card my 3dmark 2005(R) score was 14444, and my aquamark score was in the 144K+ range. CoD4 looks phenomenal! and liquid smooth

Cons: I have a ThermalTake Armor sereies case - I could not imagine putting this card into a smaller case. it IS MASSIVE

Four is Better Than One

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 - Core 2 Quad Kentsfield Quad-Core 2.4 GHz LGA 775 105W None Integrated Graphics Processor - BX80562Q6600
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 - Core 2 Quad Kentsfield Quad-Core 2.4 GHz LGA 775 105W None Integrated Graphics Processor - BX80562Q6600

Pros: I went from a P4 3ghz to the quad, and I feel like I came out of the dark ages. I run folding@home and on the P4 a frame would take my system 25min to do - with the quad im not only does it take only 1min 36sec/frame it has not been fully optimized to use all four cores yet. usually idles around 30%. core idles around 29C and with load about 42-44C

Cons: none.

Amazing

Pros: This case is a work of art. The thought of design put into this case was well thought out from the filters behind the mesh to fan placement.

Cons: It's huge - but I knew this when I purchased it - so I dont really see it as a con. the cables for the top USB/audio/firewire ports could be a little longer for better cable management, but it is a small issue

Overall Review: very well built steel case. you will not be disappointed.

Friends with Ipods are jealous

COWON D2 2.5" Black 4GB MP3 / MP4 Player
COWON D2 2.5" Black 4GB MP3 / MP4 Player

Pros: The unit is small, light weight, feature rich, well thought through product. no problems recording, playing any audio/video type I have thrown at it. Xvid w/ AC3 5.1 Divx 3.1a - mpegs, flac, no issues.

Cons: the navigation tools could be a little more intuitive I think. when using the navigation controls the only active part of the screen is navi control that is active at the time. you cannot hit the screen behind the control to go to exit the navi window.

Overall Review: This is my first MP3/MP4 player. I spent a lot of research and time looking for one that seemed acclimated to my needs. I hated the Ipod because you have to use Itunes... as with most players that have HDs. this has a decent size storage plus the SD card. add a could of SD cards ie: one for genre of music or movies etc... and you have very versatile system.
