Cons: My PC arrived from you guys. Newegg with the windows 11 home unactivated so I bought this product key thinking it would solve the issue since it was only a hundred and some bucks and it did not work due to the fact that this was a refurbished PC and parts were exchanged and later on found out that there was a program that I had to run by ABS to activate my windows but there were no instructions telling me any of this or how to do it so me not knowing any better. Being new to PCS. I bought this product even now that I cannot use. Luckily I had a friend to help me activate the windows that was already on there by doing a fresh install. So I'm hoping I can get reimbursed and have this money put back on my new AG credit card since the extenuating circumstances that my PC arrived at my house with Windows unactivated. How was I supposed to know that I was supposed to run the program? I'm new to pcc's there were no instructions whatsoever. I am not happy. I'm unsatisfied like thankfully I had a friend that knew what he was doing to correct the situation. So I'm hoping I can get reimbursed for the key and have the monies put back on my new AG credit card account because this is not my fault. You guys messed up not me. You guys had no business sending me a PC that had Windows unactivated assuming that I know what I'm doing
