Pros: It worked nicely for 5 months.

Cons: Failed after 5 months of use. It still spins up, but it is no longer being recognized as a SATA device. Also having the drive plugged in stopped WinXP from booting off a different SATA drive.

Overall Review: Didn't hear anything about the jumper until I read the other reviews.

Pros: It worked out of the box. It is cheap.

Cons: Not usable for gaming (8~9 fps);

Overall Review: Good if you are looking for a generic video card.
