nearly perfect case

Pros: one of the best tempered glass cases under 100 bucks the absolute best cable management solutions and numerous mounting/tie points includes ARGB-reset button converter should your motherboard not support rgb peripherals (can use switch on adapter if you want a functioning reset switch) case is solid and fit/finish is on par with some 500+ dollar cases on the market easily an inch of desk clearance for psu breathing room
Cons: basement has non removeable drive bay carrier that prevents large power supplies from being used barely fit my EVGA supernova G2 (G3 is 1/4 inch shorter and should fit better) so keep in mind power supply limitations do exist not really a con but more of a gripe, wish the rear 120 fan was also RGB as pictured wish it came with cable grommets for the rear management bulkheads another personal gripe but does not have front panel sd reader or usb dust caps
Overall Review: this is a great case. out of the 100+ cases i have built in over the last 15 years this has easily stolen the top spot IMHO over the corsair 540 air (my prior favorite case for 5 years) the build quality of this case has exceeded my expectations, the front panel plastic is a little thin and feels flimzy but attaches solid and has no rattle at all. i had some issues getting my psu to slide into place with and without cables attached (literally impossible to do without cables attached prior to installation managed to plug in the perif cable for molex after installing psu but took some finagleing to get into place. . there is easily enough room in the rad cutout in the basement to install a 60mm monstarad in the front however i do not see a liquid cooler being installed on the top as they indicate can be done though a rear 120/140 is easily possible and i love how the fan is adjustable to suck air out from a cpu cooler to get better outflow and heat management with what is supplied. would for sure buy again for a customer build. had veered away from coolermaster products in the past after they left a bad taste in my mouth after the HAF X i had was all fan doa on arrival and took 3 weeks to rma, pleasantly surprised to see build quality has greatly improved
Best cooling pad on the market

Pros: Quiet operation pass through USB port on cord (more in cons section) highest CFM of any cooling pad in this price range on the market currently usb cord is permanently attached (indifferent so added to cons as well)
Cons: pass through USB has the cord in the wrong angle to use an adjacent plug above it making impossible to use on a bottom plug with another device plugged in above it USB cord is permanently attached to cooling pad (this is a con and a pro but more of a con for me)
Overall Review: So far the cooling pad works great, the large 180MM fan is proprietary to coolermaster and works great, on a downside if the fan dies you can only get the fan from coolermaster to replace it. As for performance, I'd say it delivers every bit of the 80CFM but feel if the mesh holes were a bit bigger on the deck it would flow a little more air and feel closer to 100cfm. the usb pass through is a nice touch but as highlighted in cons it spits the power cord itself upward (north) of the orientation of usb ports, thusly making it impossible to use it on a lower or bottom usb port and have another device plugged into it above. not a deal breaker but it is slightly annoying if you only have 2 USB ports at your disposal for use so keep this in mind. the 2 position props in the rear are absolutely rock solid with no side play or wiggle. there are actually 2 feet that fit inside of eachother using a common hinge point which is ingeniuos and i acredit it to the hinge strength. the first position (short legs) are more then enough for any desk use and the tall feet are pretty generous on angle for laying in bed or whatnot. overall, this is a great cooling pad, best in class for the price. CFM meant more to me then rpm (more rpm the more noise a fan makes) which doesnt always equate to higher CFM. Highly reccomend this cooling pad for anybody looking to give an older laptop/notebook a little extra cooling umph or for somebody looking to extend the life of a new laptop and greatly improve factory cooling performance of a new laptop.
