Pros: build quality is great and silent operation is true, at least under low and moderate loads. Fan noise raises a bit under load/gaming, but the Video card makes way more noise so, who cares... I must say it is a great improvement over my 12 year old PSU. cables are solid, and connectors fit an stay well in the various PC parts and on the PSU itself. Zero fan switch is a plus as it allows to force airflow at all times if the computer requires it for any reasons.

Cons: Flat cables are really thick and not so flexible, making inside the tower cabling a more complex task. I prefer however solid cables and a bit of complexity in making my setup nice and clean.

Overall Review: I definitely recommend the product that is silent and seems well built. Still I don't see the point of having a full modular PSU. I've never seen a PSU where you don't plug the Motherboard ATX connector. For easier setup, a semi modular with a mesh-sleeve ATX cable would be perfectly fine (not to say better)
