PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IF HAVING ISSUES WITH THE CARD!
Pros: - Can be silent. However with an aggressive fan curve can make quite a lot of noise although I can care less about noise I use headphones anyway. - Keeps rather cool compared to my XFX RX 570 I had in my system
Cons: - This card absolutely has to be Undervolted to keep temperatures in check and cool and make the card much more stable I currently have a stable Undervolt of 1900mhz at 964volts I was aiming for 965volts but I couldn't get it to 965 because it would always pass that so I settled for 964 lol. The YouTube video 5700 XT Undervolting by Geek Mark will help as a guide to Undervolting/Overclocking
Overall Review: *PLEASE READ THIS SECTION BEFORE PUTTING IN YOUR NEW 5700XT TO AVOID ANY PROBLEMS FROM THE GET GO!!!* I was having a whole range of whack problems when I put in this graphics card and I tried all solutions online I used DDU to uninstall current AMD drivers I reinstalled windows about 10 times however every time I installed ANY AMD software/drivers my computer would go into a boot loop cycle and nothing would work I had flickering lights while gaming, game crashes nothing would work right. These 3 things fixed all my problems and It's currently working how it should 1. Keeps your Windows 10 at version 1809 I noticed after reinstalling windows over a dozen times that any version that is newer than 1809 was causing at least 95% of my problems the new windows versions and the AMD software's/drivers are not compatible as of October 2019. 2. I changed my PCIE options in the Bios from Gen 4 to Gen 3 (to be honest idk how helpful this was but its worth a shot?) 3. Disable / Do NOT enable VSR setting on Global Wattman If Global Wattman asks to enable this feature do not enable it as it may cause some odd issues while gaming (for the moment) After doing these 3 steps I have had my computer stable all components stable all software and drives are stable and I can game in peace any finally enjoy my awesome 5700 XT!
Decent case
Pros: Got this case on sale The case is decent in quality It looks nice as well.
Cons: There's not a lot of cable management room If you buy this case do yourself a favor and take out the mesh from the case and remove the foam that is under the mesh because it kills your airflow Not a very large case but looks big in the pictures The design is not the greatest on the inside the HDD cage is right in front of one of the fans which blocks some airflow The hard black plastic on the front of the case as well as the top of the case blocks one of the fans so they are pulling minimal air it is covered by plastic and not mesh.
Overall Review: If this case is on sale for 55$ and under I would definitely buy this case for a budget build or a temporary cheap case for the moment. A little criticism for Rosewell this case would definitely benefit from having the top part and the front part of the case all mesh instead of half without the foam for increased airflow the stock fans are not that great either but that's to be expected to have very good airflow in this case you will likely have to invest in very good fans like the Corsair ML PRO 120's however they are expensive.
Mind blowing awesomeness!
Pros: - 1440P 144HZ 27" goodness! - Excellent quality definitely worth every single cent - Very sturdy stand - Curved I can see everything! - Height adjustable and Tilts who cares about swiveling lol
Cons: - Freaking huge monitor takes up a lot of desk space make sure you have a pretty big desk. - The monitor its self does wobble a little bit if the desk is shaken but the stand does not wobble at all
Overall Review: I WOULD definitely buy this monitor again, hopefully I wont ever HAVE to though because I'm hoping that the monitor lasts for a long time its expensive as heck! lol.. but definitely worth it.
First Seasonic PSU and I'm very impressed.
Pros: - Very silent even while gaming for periods of time, is it even on? - Full Modular - Reasonable price
Cons: - Doesn't do any of my chores for me like making breakfast or laundry.
Overall Review: I have never used a Seasonic PSU before but after this purchase that will definitely change I have heard plenty of very good reviews of the Seasonic brand and now I can see why built super sturdy makes literally no noise it is a bit pricey but definitely worth it. I would definitely buy again, if somebody receives a Seasonic product that is not up to par sometimes these things happen and some PSU'S don't get quality checked properly at least give them one more chance.
Great RAM
Pros: Nice RGB Does what its supposed to do
Cons: Expensive
Overall Review: Would recommend, I would buy again if I have extra cash.
Great bang for your buck
Pros: Great CPU for just gaming which suits my needs.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Great bang for your buck for just Gaming however if you have extra cash to spend and you are not on a tight budget I would definitely buy the 3700x for the 8 cores which will be a bit more future proof.
Overly paranoid
I have seen quite a lot of bad experience reviews with Mikes Computer Store however I received my order with no problems the "Processing payment" took much longer than I expected but it was not terribly long. I ordered a monitor is came in excellent quality no concerns what so ever and as far as I can tell no dead pixels which is always a great thing especially when the monitor costs almost as much as your rent... lol definitely worth buying from Mikes computer shop give them a chance and if you have any problems along the way you can always avoid them in the future if they don't exceed to your expectations.
