Pros: (version 1)Worked out of the box on my linux machines

Cons: After owning for about 2 months it just "loses" the connection and cannot "see" other connection. The only way to fix it is to unplug it and plug it back in. It is quite frustrating when trying to do work online. I say go with rosewill, they are fantastic

Overall Review: version 2 works in linux ... but it takes a lot of driver configuration and what not

Pros: It hold a computer and it holds a ac adapter (but I put a mouse in it). It does what you want it too and it does it well.

Pros: perfect for older machines and linux machines, it is one on my favorite products from newegg. since the usb plugs are not build into the vga cable you don't have to worry about the machine being able to handle that. The 6ft long switch is fantastic. It is flawless. It makes running a ubuntu linux server and linux mint desktop easy

Overall Review: when switching don't return to a machine without giving the initial machine time to find the mouse/keyboard it froze on me once when i switch 3 times in 2 seconds. and make sure you plug the mouse and keyboard into the right slots.

Pros: it is what I needed and works. hooked up the mouse, and wireless dongle and it didn't need the second usb plug

Cons: the mouse is tiny (but it is good for portability

Overall Review: the 4-port has a spot for a ac plug, but it doesn't come with one

Cons: A little small and the cord is a little short
