QVL
Pros: XMP ready for Intel systems and stable when applied
Cons: none
Overall Review: This RAM is on the Asus QVL for the P6X58D-E and works with the first bios version 0108
747
Pros: None
Cons: My drive is very loud. Sounds like a jet throttling up for take off sometimes....like when installing Windows as I've done a few times with it
Overall Review: My experience with many many drives in the past is either they are quiet...or they are loud. This drive goes into the loud category.
Can't beat them
Pros: The software
Cons: None - Battery life is fine for a full day at the office
Overall Review: You won't regret to have had purchased them.
Green
Pros: Sips on the power
Cons: I find it sluggish on its startup if Windows puts the drive to sleep. I have other drives and models that are not as prone to that.
Overall Review: It is still a great storage drive to keep all your stuff on and keep them handy or for backup.
King of the Hill
Pros: Turbo Boost works very well in Windows 7's balanced mode in the power options.
Cons: None
Overall Review: This chip will be the cpu King of the Hill for the "next year" starting "Now" and will hold its own in speed as for value after that. This is Intel's "Tick" for the Tick Tock development scheme they utilize.
Flat
Pros: Flat modular cables are real nice to work with and route in the case. It truly is very quiet.
Cons: none
Overall Review: This is the second one I've purchased because it is a very good value and so far it is very stable.
