Pros: Everything worked right out of the box. Good components, I got a Zotac RTX 3090. Machine is very fast.

Cons: Instead of putting the M.2 SSD under the graphic card, they use the other M.2 slot which wasn't obstructed. When I wanted to add an additional M.2 ssd I had to remove the the graphic card.

Overall Review: Would recommend this machine, tech support responded very quickly to my questions.

Pros: Board was DOA on post -- got keyboard not connected error. Requested RMA online but then decided to call customer service to see if there was a way to speed up the replacement process. Got an advanced return where I gave Newegg my credit card info and they next day aired my replacement board to me and they also payed for the return. Very good policy. Replacement board works very well.

Cons: Jumper description to disable on-board vga in manual does not appear to match my motherboard.
