Pros: Works great for pushing database and server backups to. We also use the ftp server (built-in) to help our employees and customers xfer files. Lastly we have our scanner send files directly to this. Users just UNC to the network drive and presto.

Cons: When we first got it the unit was damaged. Netgear immediately dispatched a new unit and the return packaging. Since then we've added drives and now have a bit more than 1 TB raid 5.

Pros: It's 250 GB of pure media how could that be bad

Pros: Picture amazing, response time amazing, dead pixels = 0. Honestly I use this at work to write code, review and write documents and spreadsheets and I can easily put 2 documents side by side and see them both with ease.
