Works

Pros: Works Great. Purchased for MS Fax Services on a W2003 Small Business Server machine.
Cons: Drivers... Drivers on disk work perfectly. The GUI on the disk does not install the drivers?!?!
Overall Review: When the 'new hardware wizard' pops up, throw in the CD, and select 'install from specific location' select your cd-drive and you'll be fine.
Works

Pros: It is what it is. Convert a standard molex connector into a SATA power connector.
Cons: None
Great Ext HDD

Pros: 5th WD My Book. Always solid, reliable hardware. Not a single failure with My Books. Our oldest has to be nearing 4 years old. All receive heavy use and just work. We use these daily on our tech bench to do drive copies, backups and misc data copies. Often used to copy an entire drive before an OS wipe/restore. Copies always complete without any hardware errors from the My Book.
Cons: Not a con: Never used the My Books software, just don't need it. Not a con: FYI: These are the newer slimer version. Uses a mini-usb jack instead of a USB B jack. Included cable doubles as a phone charger for us.
Overall Review: Great hardware. No failures. Works in every Post 2000 PC we have tried. Will work in W98 if you install the drivers but it's just easier to boot to Knoppix to copy data off these old PCs.
Cheap

Pros: Cheapest drive we could find.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Purchased as a system disc in a backup server. Only concern was price and brand. Operating 24/7 without any problems.
No bad

Pros: 24 Pin ATX. Nice black finish. SATA Power. CHEAP!
Cons: None
Overall Review: We stock these as replacement parts. They've worked just fine in every PC we've installed them, generally low end office PCs. If you are building a high-end or gaming rig, I'd look else where.
Great Switch

Pros: As with all Linksys products we've purchsed, it just works. The metal case makes this thing feel tough. We regulary install these in small-medium business networks. Would make a great home/soho switch as well.
Cons: None
