Molex Power - Unbelievable!!!

Pros: Overall it's fairly well constructed with a combination of aluminum and plastic. Smooth tray insert and removal. Low cost (but you get what you pay for).
Cons: A Molex power connector when everything about the unit is SATA. UNBELIEVABLE!!! HDD tray unit ships with has ventilation slots, additional trays do not which will have an impact on cooling. Time will tell...
Overall Review: If your installing into any newer machine be sure to order Item # N82E16812816038 power adapter. Also, check out some of the other manufacturers such as CRU before purchasing this unit, construction and overall design are much better.
Don't Waste Your Money on This!

Pros: It has weight and can be used for holding down papers, etc. that you don't want blowing away.
Cons: Starting with the packing for shipment, it was basically bouncing around inside the box. The case is all scratched up with some minor dents and dings. I understood at the time of order this was a refurbished PC and wouldn't be in pristine condition but this is ridiculous. The inside of the case still has dust in it!! Nowhere in the description did it indicate Windows 8.1 "Pro", but this being an OptiPlex business class system it was assumed to be. It is Windows 8.1 Home... Then there's the lousy, broken out of the box Windows image to deal with even before a full startup.
Overall Review: I would not recommend this to anybody. Had I known that it was refurbished by Joy Systems we never would have ordered it. Every single refurb we've had pass through here from them has taken more labor to get the OS image straightened out than a new PC would have cost.
