Pros: Nice overclocking - fair memory control - first 4 satas very nicely handled

Cons: No conroe support, dual enet ports very difficult to split and forget the upper 4 raid sata - very unreliable

Overall Review: This was overpriced by 3x for how it performs and ASUS support is almost non existent
