Pros: Price! at $150 this is the best price/size ratio around! I bought 5 of these, with no shipping cost and no tax, was a great bargain. I have them running in a 5-bay eSATA case and am very pleased.

Cons: None. I didn't mind that it's OEM at all. The only diff between OEM and retail package is lack of screws and support disc, which I didn't need. I think you only really need the disc for some older mobos that don't support volumes over 230GB...

Overall Review: Some people seem to knock Western Digital... I've owned drives of all brands over the years, Maxtor, Samsung, Seagate, and many WDs before these, and I'v never had trouble with any of them.
